Our Corrugated tile is designed to replace traditional square SiC brick in zinc smelting furnace especially the vertical retorting furnace. It has larger surface area when compared with quadrel of the same size. Its excellent performance includes:

a. Efficiently enlarge the thermal radiation area, accelerate the thermal exchange and speed up the chemical reaction which can effectively save power;
b. High strength, good anti-washing resistance and high oxidation resistance lead to long service life;
c. More importantly, increase production and reduce the cost.
